OFFERING STATEMENT
( EXCLUSIVE TO BUMIPUTRA )
1. Tender is invited from Bumiputera contractors registered with the CONTRACTOR SERVICE CENTRE ( PKK ) and MALAYSIAN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD ( CIDB ) who are still eligible to conduct offers for the following terms and duties :-

2. Copies of table offers will be displayed starting from 10TH JUNE 2010 to 01ST JULY 2010 during office hours in the Contract Management Division, Level 9, Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council, Skudai, Johor.
3. Tender Documents shall be available for sale from 17TH JUNE 2010 to 01ST JULY 2010 during office hours in the Management Service Department, Level 8, MPJBT Tower, Skudai, Johor Bahru. Payment can be made by Cash for each set of offer document to; Yang Dipertua, Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Tengah, as a Tender document payment.
4. It is COMPULSORY for tender bidders who are interested to attend the briefing and site visit on THURSDAY, 17TH JUNE 2010, at 10.00 AM. Tender bidders are required to assemble for a briefing session in the Meeting Room, Level 10, Johor Bahru Tengah Municipal Council Tower prior to the construction site visit. Attendance shall only be taken for contractors who brought the ORIGINAL REGISTRATION letter of Contractor Service Centre (PKK) and the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) which is currently valid.
5. Offer Documents will only be issued to contractor (Original Owner) who brought the ORIGINAL REGISTRATION letter of the Contractor Service Centre (PKK), Bumiputera Status and Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) which is currently valid. Contractor is also required to prepare a copy of Registration Letter of Contractor Service Centre ( PKK ), Bumiputera Status and Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board ( CIDB ) during purchase of document.
6. Completed Tender Documents must be inserted into the Tender Box at the following address; Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan, Aras 8, Menara Majlis Perbandaran Johor Bahru Tengah, Skudai before 12.00 NOON on 01ST JULY 2010.
